Our Mission

Our diverse community deserves a robust Library capable of serving everyone’s needs. Property taxes provide funding for basic Library services. The Fund for the Future of Heights Libraries raises funds for enhanced capital improvements for inclusive, educational, and environmentally responsible community spaces through public and private resources. 

Established in 2013 by the Heights Libraries Board of Trustees as a supporting organization, the Fund for the Future of Heights Libraries is aligned with Heights Libraries’ mission, vision, values, and strategic plan:
